Polished hair salon was the last and final straw. I have been frequent and living in Paris since 2007, I notice that there are limited beauty and hair care places for blacks in a cosmopolitan city like Paris, I now travel to London to get my hair done by Charlotte Mensa.
I went to Nicole’s polished hair salon a few times, not only was she rude, she ruined my natural curl with too much heat and dismissed my questions as if I was no human. I have been there with my client too who is a famous singer, she also treated badly and she never set foot there again. Paris is a real shame for black beauty and fashion, and it is the fault of the blacks living in Paris! even a little city like Lausanne have dark shades in ALL brands of makeup, but in Paris I am constantly sent back to black up counters.
